Changes to Orders

· As stated in our terms and conditions, changes of product that ordered online only will be served by making a prior confirmation via EMAIL/SMS/WA (working hours)

· Cancellation of product that already ordered can only be done manually (Cancellation of order confirmation) via

· Transaction/shipment cancellation can only be done if the product is not sent by BLANKENHEIM. For every canceled transaction will be charged the cancellation penalty in the amount of Rp. 50.000. The transaction cancellation can only be done by sending a confirmation to 


Shipments & Shipping Insurance

Products Shipment

· Product shipment will be done after our ADMIN accept the payment confirmation via the ‘Payment Confirmation’ (available on the home site) over the transaction made by the customer in a max 2×24 of working hours.

· The shipment can be done at the same day or the next day (in working hours). There is no shipment at Saturday/Sunday and National holiday.

· The shipment cost is in accordance with the cost that available on the website.

· BLANKENHEIM is irresponsible for the damage/package that caused by the third-party such as the shipping service that used to send it.

· The product shipping is under the service of JNE [] and SICEPAT [] 


Turnaround times

The turnaround times of each product maybe different, it is depending on whether the stock of the product is available or not. If it is stock, the product can be delivered in 1-2 business days. Please pay attention: If you have any request that you need your product faster than our basic delivery period, please let us know we will give our best to fulfill your request.




ATTENTION PLEASE READ! All orders placed from 12/23/20 through 1/4/21 will be started when we get back in the shop from our holiday break on 1/4/21. All “Free Shipping” orders are sent using UPS Ground. This is a 2-5 business day ship time depending upon your location.  If the package is less than 1 lb, it may be shipped using USPS First Class. If you prefer your order to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for any reasons, please indicate so in the notes section on your order during the checkout process. You may upgrade your shipping to a faster option by choosing a paid option in checkout.  You have the option for International shipments to use USPS International, DHL Express, or UPS International.  For international shipments, the duty fees and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and you will need to pay for the duty fees and taxes at the time of claiming and collecting the package.

We offer shipping insurance as an additional charge you can add in the check out process by clicking the option just above the checkout button that says “shipping protection”.  It is a very small fee of usually around 2% of your total order and will insure your package from be lost, damaged or stolen.  If you choose to not get this insurance please note that you are taking full responsibility for your package if it get lost, damaged or stolen. 

Depending on the product and whether or not it’s in stock, will determine how fast the product ships out.  If the product is in stock, the product will ship within 1-2 business days.  If it’s a wallet, mug, key fob or belt that is not in stock, it will typically ship within 3-5 business days.  Our leather duffles, totes, messenger bag, rucksacks, briefcases, crossbody bags, and dopp kits all ship with in 3-5 business days as well. The Cooper Satchel being as its all hand stitched is a 14 day turn around. Our waxed canvas products are also 10-14 day turnaround.  PLEASE NOTE: If you are in need of one of our products faster than our standard turn around please just let us know and in most cases we can accommodate your requests.
